Tribe Chief/Representative
Av Shiloh is a retired engineer who has previously served as ICS President and NE Tribe Chief and Representative. He holds an ATP certificate and is a CFI, single, multi, and instrument. He resides in Huntingdon Valley, PA. He keeps his award winning 1970 Turbo Comanche at Northeast Philadelphia Airport (KPNE).
Assistant Tribe Chief
William (Billy) Brooks is an attorney specializing in intellectual property. He owns a Comanche 180 and a restored 1946 Luscombe 8A. He is an ATP certificated pilot and a CFI. He resides in VA.
Tribe Treasurer
Herb Waldenmaier is a retired businessman with many decades of experience managing operations, finances, and various program areas. He is an ATP certificated pilot and is a CFI/CFII (not current). He is from Newburgh, NY and owns a Twin Comanche which he has flown throughout for both business and pleasure.
Tribe Secretary (Scribe)
Jim Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Printing Management with a minor in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Retired after 48 years of Federal Service as the Acting Agency Director of the U.S. Government Publishing Office in Washington, D.C. Have owned and flown the same 1960 Comanche 180 for 44 years – N6797P. Instrument rated with limited other aircraft experience. Member of ICS for about 40 years. Served as Homeowners’ Association Board Member and Treasurer for 18 years. I enjoy working with many people from diverse backgrounds and finding solutions to problems and implementing improvements.
